Mark Couch is an experienced, energetic finance professional, assisting both large, publicly traded SEC organizations as well as smaller, privately held entities. Over his career that exceeds 25 years, Mark has had responsibility for the accounting close process, SEC reporting, GAAP accounting technical implementation, internal management reporting and financial planning and analysis. He has managed numerous corporate finance projects such as new general ledger system implementations and developing the accounting and reporting processes for a startup line of business, including ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
