The Elephant in the Room is an interactive diversity and inclusion platform focused on organizational transformations and development by creating comfortable spaces to have uncomfortable conversations. While all areas of DEI are equally important our workshops & content focuses heavily on race in the workplace. We strive to provide a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusion by addressing attitudes and behaviors towards specific groups through guided discussion. Addressing these deeper issues can only be done with a diverse team that exemplifies inclusion, and is equipped with the tools they need to have uncomfortable conversations. We believe in the power of HR aka keeping it “hella real” and not being afraid to address “The Elephant in the Room.”
