As a small business development coach and consultant, Kiara loves getting nerdy with CEO’s and Founders on strategic planning, tactical business development, and improving systems/processes, so that small businesses can pivot, scale, and grow sustainably. Her previous experience includes aiding in numerous successful end to end business launches, guiding re-brands for a $1 million dollar company, facilitating workshops, and revamping back-end systems to increase efficiency. A relationship builder and driver of change, Kiara values collaborative approaches that not only ideate but implement (she’s been referred to as Chief Accountability Officer!). When not talking ad nauseam about business development, Kiara can be found in her backyard with her flock of chickens and rescue dog.
